HostRost maintains the most generous billing policies in the market. As long as you pay for our Service, the product is fully usable. As a result, and as we offer non-tangible irrevocable goods, no refunds are issued. As a customer, you are responsible for understanding this before purchasing any service on our website.
- Account Approvals: In the interest of protecting our tests, all new accounts are subject to manual review. This process is typically completed within 24 hours of purchase. In the event that we are unable to approve your account within 7 days of purchase, or provide you with limited access to our product, a full refund may be requested.
- Non-Delivery: Due to mailing issues of your e-mail provider or mail server, you might not receive an e-mail from us. In this case, we recommend contacting us for assistance. Claims for non-delivery must be submitted to us in writing within 7 days from the order placing date. Otherwise the product will be considered received.
- Major Defects: Although our product is thoroughly tested, unexpected errors may occur. Such issues must be submitted for our Technical Department’s approval. We keep the right to rectify the error or defect within 72 hours. If any deficiency is approved, and we fail to correct it within 72 hours from the date of the initial complaint letter or any other notification provided by you, a full refund may be requested without any compensations or reimbursements.

We do not guarantee that our products are fully compatible with any third-party programs, nor do we provide support for third-party applications.
